House of Ghia Return policies
We have different return policies for different types of returns. Please call
or email before you send any parts back
The part is not needed:
If you receive a part and determine that you don't need it, you can return it
for a refund. If the part is not returned within 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
The return shipping is paid by
the customer. Please call or email first and let me know the part or parts
are being returned.
The wrong part is sent:
Our Fault:
If we send you the wrong part (you say you want a RH striker and we send a LH
striker) , you can return the part for a full refund and we will also cover the
return shipping AND the shipping of the new part. We need to have the
wrong part in hand first before the new part goes out. We must have the part
back within 30 days.
Your Fault:
If we send the wrong part because information you provided was not
correct (you ordered a RH striker and you needed a LH striker), you can still
return it for the correct part, but you will have to pay return shipping and the
shipping for the correct part. Again...we would have to have the parts
back before the new parts go out. We must have the part back within 30 days.
You are unsatisfied with the part:
If you absolutely think the part we sent is junk and you would not put it on
your worst enemies ghia, let alone your own, we offer a full refund....no
restocking fee, but return shipping is paid by the customer. It would also
be good to know why you dislike the part (is it broke, missing parts, poor
quality, etc.). Let us know what you dislike so we can try to improve the part.
Again, we would need the part back within 30 days.
