Our hinges are made in USA!, machined and hand built by a local machinist.

We use Oillite bushings so the hinge never requires lubricating!

Our hinges are also guaranteed for as long as you own your ghia. If they fail for any reason, simply return them for a free replacement hinge.

Guarantee only valid if purchased in pairs (if one is bad the other is not far behind!).

We rebuild hinges! 

$30 each exchange for rebuildable core

Our hinges are rebuilt using the same Oilite Bushings we use in our repro hinges.

However, the rebuilt hinges do not carry the same lifetime guarantee.

We have a couple of ways to get rebuilt hinges to you.

1.  Send us your hinges. We will get them rebuilt and send them back.

Note: Not all hinges can be rebuilt, we have them media blasted and inspected first before the rebuilding begins. If the hinges can be rebuilt, the cost is $30.  If the hinge is deemed "unworthy" then we can rebuild one of ours and charge a $7.50 core fee.

2. We usually have rebuilt "original" hinges in stock. They are $30 each exchange for rebuildable core.  If your core is not rebuildable, the core charge is $7.50. 

*Steel Hinges for 56-59.5 ghias are more costly to rebuild. We sometimes have a rebuilt set in stock, but typically we rebuild yours and send them back. Typical pricing for rebuilt steel hinges is $65 each without a core. $45 with a core exchange.
